Why are we not a traditional consultancy?
“Outside in” thinking is healthy but in our view traditional consultancies in any business operate all too often for senior business leaders to abdicate a responsibility to make big decisions or to validate business as usual needs.
Works fine for some but if it doesn’t get your organization to drive that wider progress, improvement and innovation beyond self fulfilling reporting loops does it really maximize share holder value and future proof the org? Moreover there’s no ownership of productions and projects beyond providing savings.
Our approach via brand production takes a more macro invested “skin in the game” view where we keep it deliberately small embedded and agile.
Fees are highly transparent and you’re paying for a plug in team member who will support marketing operations around all facets of production.
Of course there are always KPIs, savings or performance requirements to hit but we do it all a little less passively. The ultimate aim to advance the DNA from within rather than just but heads with agency cost lines.
Our producers are expected to operate at a senior level understand innately the demand for high level of design and creative craft built into their DNA.
& finally our brand producers are expected to be still working producers meaning they are rolling up their sleeves and in some cases acting as line or agency producers in a more engaged role.
